小麦新高产品系的高分子谷蛋白亚基结构分析

Structural Studies on the High-molecular-weight Subunits of Wheat Glutenin in Some Wheat Line

摘要: 应用SDS PAGE分析了21个高产新品系高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS):其等位基因频率分别为:Glu-A1a(71%)、Glu-A1b(29%);Glu-B1b(9.5%)、Glu-B1c(43%)、Glu-B1d(9.5%)、Glu-B1e(38%);Glu-D1a(43%)、Glu-D1c(5%)、Glu-D1d(52%)。优质亚基组合1,7+9,5+10占33%。21个品系中1R/1B易位系占95%;高产、优质、抗病品系R57达面包小麦标准,宜重点推广利用,R59高产、高抗,并具强弹基因可作为面条或馒头小麦推广利用。此外,21个品系中有8个品系具20亚基,应引起注意。结果表明通过引入优质谷蛋白亚基,重建四川小麦高分子谷蛋白亚基结构来改良四川小麦品质是完全可行的。

Abstract: The high-molecular weight subunits of Wheat Glutenin in 21 Wheat line were fractionated by SDS-PAGE. The frequencies of HMW-GS alleles of the 21 line are:Glu-A1a(71%), Glu-A1b(29%); Glu-B1b(9.5%), Glu-B1c(43%), Glu-B1d(9.5%), Glu-B1e(38%); Glu-D1a(43%), Glu-D1c(5), Glu-D1d(52%). The good subunits composition 1, 7+9, 5+10(33%). 1R/1B account for 95%, R57 is a line of good quality for further breeding use in Sichuan wheat growing region. R59 is a very promising new line of good yield performance and strength score and good Pm-Yr-resistance.
