乙酸降解农作物秸秆的研究

摘要: 探索在温和条件下以闭循环的方式乙酸降解小麦秸秆为纤维素、半纤维素、木质素三组分的反应条件,乙酸回收后用于小麦秸秆再降解,从而基本无三废排放。研究结果表明:乙酸浓度为900 g/L、催化剂浓度为3g/L、反应时间为120min、液固比为12:1三组分的分离效果较理想。

Abstract: Under mildness condition, straws are degraded into the three parts, cellulose, hemi-cellulose and lignin for close recycle use by acetic acid. The processes do not produce the wastes because the acetic acid is recovered. The results are showed as follows:The optimum treatment conditions are 900g/L acetic acid, 3g/L catalyzer, 120 minutes of reaction time and 12:1 of the liquid-solid ratio.
