小麦多小穗资源10-A改良后代的杂交组合优势分析

Analysis of Major Agronomic Characters of F1 Hybrids between Mianyang 26 and Advanced Lines from Multi-spikelet 10-A

摘要: 利用多小穗10-A的50份改良品系与绵阳26杂交,对F1主要农艺性状的调查与分析表明,50个F1平均抽穗期较绵阳26偏晚1d左右,平均小穗数和平均千粒重呈正向优势,但平均穗粒数和平均穗粒重呈负向优势。说明小穗数的提高不一定导致穗粒数的增加。经评定,筛选出15份穗粒重明显提高的组合。其中,97-7、97-94和97-95三个品系的F1较绵阳26的穗粒重提高30%以上,可作为今后杂种优势利用或进一步杂交改良的重要亲本。

Abstract: Fifty advanced lines from multi-spikelet wheat 10-A are crossed respectively with Mianyang 26. Major agronomic characters of F1 hybrids are investigated and analyzed. In comparison with that of Mianyang 26, mean heading date of F1 is later about one day, mean spikelet number and mean 1000 grain weight of F1 increase, mean grain number and grain weight per spike decrease. The result show that the increase of grain number per spike are not always related to the increase of number per spike. Through comprehensive evaluation, 15 relatively better crosses with higher grain weight per spike are selected out. The three of them, namely 97-7×Mianyang 26, 97-94×Mianyang 26 and 97-95×Mianyang 26, increase grain weight per spike by 30% or more over Mianyang 26. They are useful to heterosis or can be further improved as one of important parents.
