小型猪超数排卵与早期胚胎的手术回收

Superovulation and Surgical Recovery of Early Embryos in Mini pigs

摘要: 采用手术法从贵州小香猪、广西小型猪、西双版纳小耳猪和五指山小型猪子宫内回收早期胚胎,结果4个品种小型猪的胚胎回收率分别为79.6%、77.5%、79.3%和80.8%;头均采卵数分别为5.5±2.5、5.6±1.8、3.8±1.2和7.0±1.0,各组间无显著差异。分别用PMSG+hCG法和PMSG+PG+hCG法对小型猪进行超数排卵,结果表明PMSG+PG+hCG法的头均排卵数(12.2±4.9)明显高于PMSG+hCG法(2.0±5.3,P<0.05)。

Abstract: Four stocks of mini pig (Guizhou, Guangxi, Xishuangbanna, and Wuzhishan mini pig) were used for the recovery of embryos. The recovery rate of embryos was 79.6%, 77.5%, 79.3% and 80.8% respectively. There are no differences among these four groups (P>0.05). Two superovulation methods (PMSG+hCG method and PMSG+PG+hCG method) were used, it is found that the mean number of ovulation per pig using PMSG+PG+hCG (12.2±4.9) is significantly higher than that using PMSG+hCG (2.0±5.3, P<0.05).
