几个具黑麦遗传物质的小麦材料的遗传分析

摘要: 运用种子贮藏蛋白电泳分析、染色体C-带和SSR标记分析鉴定了来源于小麦-异源杂交回交组合Curren cy/小偃6号//川育12号/3/A302的NR98117-9S等3个小麦材料的染色体组成。这3个小麦材料是1R/1D代换系并可能分别伴有1DS或3RS的小片段插入未知染色体的遗传变异。SDS-PAGE分析发现,这3个小麦材料都具有2条来自6x小黑麦Currency的罕见的HMW-GS带,可能受1R上的基因控制。文中还对这3个小麦材料的抗病性与其染色体组成变异的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract: Genomic constructions of 3 advanced lines including NR98S117, which were selected from the backcrossing and selfing population of a wheat alien hybridization "Currency/Xiaoyan 6//Chuanyu 12/3/A302", were determined by the combination of seed storage protein, chromosome C-banding and SSR analyses. All 3 lines were 1R(1D) chromosome substitutions with 1DS and (or) 3RS small segments inserted to unknown chromosomes. SDS-PAGE reveals that the 3 lines display 2 rare HMW-GS bands, which are possibly encoded by genes of the chromosome 1R originated from their hexaploid triticale parent "Currency". The relationship between the novel disease resistance and genomic construction of the 3 lines is also discussed in the paper.
