摘要: 综述了近年来果树基因转化的主要方法及在果树上的应用。果树基因转化方法主要包括农杆菌介导法、电激法、基因枪法、PEG转化法等。果树基因转化研究已在柑桔、苹果及香蕉等20多个树种上取得了成功。

Abstract: The main methods to gene transformation and their application in fruit trees are reviewed in this paper. The methods include using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, electroporation, gene gun bombardment and polyethyleneglycol (PEG)-mediated direct DNA transfer. More than 20 species of fruit trees have been transformed. Most of them are Agrobacterium-mediated.
