广适性杂交水稻的性状特征研究

Study on the Characters of Hybrid Rice for Eurytopicity

摘要: 以45个F1的多点双列杂交试验资料,分析了产量等主要性状的稳定性表现,并对F1各性状间稳定性表现的联系进行了相关分析。结果表明:①不同组合同一性状稳定性表现不一致,同一组合的各个性状稳定性表现也不同;②性状表现值与性状稳定性无明显关系;高产组合的穗长、千粒重应较稳定,而穗粒数、穗重及结实率应随环境有较强的调节能力;单纯从稳定性看,则植株较矮、小穗而千粒重和结实率较高品种,产量最稳定;③F1大部分性状间稳定性表现呈正相关,但多数不显著。穗平着粒、千粒重、着粒密度、穗重4性状有较显著的正相关。

Abstract: Stability analysis for characters of 45 combination in a multi-site NCII experiment, and correlation analysis for the relationship of the characters' stability performance indicate:①Characters' stability performance varies for varieties; for one variety, different character has different performance in stability; ②No evident correlation between characters' behaves and its stability performances. High yield combinations have more stability for Panicle length and 1000 grain weight but less stability for Spikelets per. panicle, Ear weight and the Percentage of filled grain; If only for stability, the short, small eared combinations, which have rather higher 1000 grain weight and Percentage of filled grain, will be stable for grain yield; ③Most characters have non prominent relationship for stability performance. Comparatively, spikelets per. panicle, 1000 grain weight, Grains' density and Ear weight have more accordance for stability performance.
