脱落酸浸种对水稻秧苗素质的影响

Effects of Soaking Seeds with the Natural Abscisic Acid on the Rice Seedlings

摘要: 研究了天然活性脱落酸0.1,0.3,0.5和1.0mg/L以及α-萘乙酸20mg/L浸种水稻种子对秧苗的影响。结果表明:用0.3mg/L的天然脱落酸浸种,秧苗株高、叶面积、分蘖数和鲜重、干重等一系列壮苗指标,明显地优于脱落酸其它浓度和α-萘乙酸20mg/L浸种。无论天然脱落酸,还是α-萘乙酸浸种对水稻种子萌发,病虫害的发生均无明显影响。

Abstract: Effects of soaking rice seeds on the seedlings with the natural abscisic acid 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0mg/L as well as NAA 20mg/L were compared. The results indicate that the promoting functions of the natural ABA 0.3mg/L are much better than other treatments. The heights, leaf areas, number of tiller and dry weights of the seedlings are the best among all treatments after soaking seeds with the natural ABA 0.3mg/L. But when the concentration of ABA is 0.5mg/L, the promoting effects are decrease sharply, and when ABA 1mg/L is used, the growth of seedling is be suppressed. However, no significant effects on the germination of seeds and diseases were found when soaking seeds is done with ABA and NAA.
