四川部份小麦新品系的Glu-1位点基因多样性分析

Genetice Diversity of Glu-1 in 24 Advanced Wheat Lines Bred in Sichuan, China

摘要: 应用SDS-PAGE技术,分析了24份四川小麦新品系的高分子量谷蛋白亚基,并计算其品质得分。结果表明:大部分品系的Glu-A1位点上具有1亚基,Glu-D1位点上5+10亚基达75%,但Glu-B1位点上的7+8或17+18亚基比例较低。所有品系的品质得分为4~10分,平均7.7分。说明四川小麦的品质水平有了一定提高。

Abstract: The grain proteins of 24 advanced wheat lines Bred in Sichuan were fractionated by SDS-PAGE to determine their high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit compositions. And the quality score of each genotype was calculated. The results indicate that the majority of the genotypes carry subunits 1 encoded by Glu-A1, on Glu-D1, 75% genotypes possess subunits 5+10. But on Glu-B1, few genotypes possess subunits 7+8 or 17+18. The quality scores of all genotypes range from 4 to 10. The mean score in these advanced lines is 7.7. The result suggests that the quality of Sichuan wheats has achieoed get some progress.
