披碱草属的醇溶蛋白研究

摘要: 应用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(APAGE)对披碱草属的12个物种进行了醇溶蛋白电泳分析,结果表明:①披碱草属(Elymus L.)植物具有明显的醇溶蛋白多态性,六倍体物种的醇溶蛋白带纹明显多于四倍体的物种,并且基本包含了四倍体物种所具有的带纹;②物种间的醇溶蛋白图谱差异能够反映一定的系统关系,但也存在与形态学资料不一致的地方;③E. excelsus、E. subm uticusE. virginicus含有丰富的醇溶蛋白亚基,可以作为麦类作物品质改良的理想种质资源。

Abstract: The gliadin patterns of Elymyus consisting of twelve species were analyzed by using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (APAGE). The results are as follows:① There are significant gliadin ploymorphism in plants of Elymus, among which hexaploid has more gliadin patterns than tetraploid, and the gliadin patterns of the latter are contained in the former. ② The difference of gliadin maps between species shows that there exists a certain biosystematic relationship, but some differences from morphology data. ③ Being rich in gliadin, E. excelsus, E. submuticus and E. virginicus can become an excellent germplasm source for improving the protein of wheat corps.
