T1BL. 1RS易位染色体对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响

摘要: 以三交组合(10-A/88-1643//川育12号)的F9代群体的53个稳定株系为供试材料,研究了T1BL. 1RS易位染色体对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,T1BL. 1RS易位系的平均籽粒蛋白质含量极显著高于非易位系。在易位系群体内,籽粒蛋白质含量与穗粒数和千粒重间具有显著的简单相关,与千粒重间具有显著的偏相关;而在非易位系群体内,籽粒蛋白质含量与所测农艺性状及经济性状间的简单相关和偏相关均不显著。这些结果说明,T1BL. 1RS易位染色体不但影响籽粒蛋白质含量,而且还对籽粒蛋白质含量与部分经济性状间的简单相关和偏相关具有影响作用。

Abstract: The effect of T1BL. 1RS translocation chromosome on grain protein content in wheat was investigated by using 53 lines derived from the F9 population of a triple cross among multispikelet wheat line 10-A, 88-1643 and Chuanyu12 (10-A/88-1643//Chuanyu12). The mean grain protein content of T1BL. 1RS genotypes is significantly higher than that of non-T1BL. 1RS genotypes. Among T1BL. 1RS groups, grain protein content is significantly simple-correlated to grains per spike and 1000-grain weight, and is significantly partial-correlated to 1000-grain weight. While among non-T1BL. 1RS groups, grain protein content is not significantly correlated to any agronomic characters. These results suggest that T1BL. 1RS translocation chromosome has an effect not only on grain protein content but also on the correlation coefficients between grain protein content and agronomic characters.
