草莓薄层水耕栽培低液温、低浓度、遮光对腋花芽分化影响的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON THE DIFFERENTIATION OF THE FIRST AXILLARY FLOWER BUD AFFECTED BY DECREASING TEMPERATURE OF NUTRIENT SOLUTION, DECREASING CONSISTENCY OF NUTRIENT SOLUTION AND SHELTERING FROM SUNLIGHT UNDER NUTRIENT FILM TECHNIQUE CULTIVATED CONDITION IN STRAWBERRY

摘要: 对草莓薄层水耕栽培进行了溶液冷却、温室遮光和溶液低浓度等3类处理,比较分析了3类处理与草莓第一次腋花芽分化和草莓产量的关系。结果表明,采用液冷和液冷+遮光两类处理对腋花芽分化有显著的促进作用,可缩短前期采果期的间隔时间,达到早熟、持续稳定高产的目的;溶液低浓度处理对腋花芽分化和产量无明显影响。试验结果对草莓薄层水耕栽培的溶液管理有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: Three kinds of treatments, including decreasing the temperature of nutrient solution, sheltering from sunlight in greenhouse and decreasing the consistency of nutrient solution, are adopted on Nutrient Film Technique cultivated condition in strawberry. The relationship between the differentiation of the first axillary flower bud and the strawberry output is studied, and three kinds of treatments are analysed. The experiment shows:With decreasing the temperature of nutrient solution and decreasing the temperature of nutrient solution with sheltering from sunlight, the two treatments can stimulate the defferentiation of the first axillary flower bud for early maturation, shorten the interval of harvest, and increase the strawberry output. The differentiation of the first axillary flower bud and the strawberry output are hardly affected by decreasing the consistency of nutrient solution. The experiment result is of great importance to guide the management of the nutrient solution temperature under NFT cultivated condition in strawberry.
