抗坏血酸氧化酶与小麦抗赤霉病关系的研究

STYDIES ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ASCOBIC ACID OXEDASE AND RESISTANCE OF WHEAT TO HEAD BLIGHT

摘要: 研究了小麦抗赤霉病品种苏麦3号和感病品种凡6穗部受禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminarum)侵染后,病、健穗的抗坏血酸氧化酶活性变化规律,测定结果表明:抗病品种苏麦3号健穗中的酶活比感病品种凡6高;在受赤霉菌侵染后,感病品种凡6病穗的抗坏血酸氧化酶酶活性一直下降,并随侵染发展下降幅度增大,而抗病品种苏麦3号病穗的抗坏血酸氧化酶酶活性在接种后一天有较大升高,以后几天仍然升高,只是上升幅度较小,直至显症后(接种后第6天)酶活才逐渐下降,但是酶活均较感病凡6高;抗病品种的病害症状出现比感病品种稍迟。据此,初步认为抗坏血酸氧化酶对抗病起着一定的作用。

Abstract: The heads of resistant cultivar (Sumai 3) and Susceptible cultivar (Fan 6) were inoculated with conidia of Fusarium graminearum at the late flowering stage. The activity of ascobic acid oxidase(AAO) in healthy and infected ear of two cultivars was assayed in each day after inoculation. The results show that the AAO activity in healthy heads of resistant Sumai 3 was higher than that in healthy heads of susceptible Fan 6. At the first day after inoculation, the AAO activity in Sumai 3 increased, but that in Fan 6 reduced. After that, the AAO activitivs in infeded ear of Sumai 3 still increased untill appearing symtom, but the AAO activity in susceptible Fan 6 decreased continually. It is suggested that the Ascobic Acid Oxidase could be involved in the resistance of Sumai 3 to head blight caused by F. graminearum.
