内源激素对小麦可育小花数的调控

摘要: 选用可育小花数目存在较大差异的13个小麦基因型为供试材料,在小花发育过程中,研究了内源激素的动态变化与每小穗可育小花数和单穗可育小花之间的关系。结果表明,赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)和脱落酸(ABA)均参与了对小花发育的调控,不同程度地影响可育小花数。在顶小穗形成之前,激素通过调节顶小穗形成来对可育小花进行间接调控;而顶小穗形成之后,激素直接调节小花的发育。激素之间的比值(尤其是ZT/IAA和ZT/ABA)对可育小花数目的调节作用大于其绝对量的调节作用,激素对上位小花的调节作用又大于其对下位小花的调节作用。

Abstract: Changes of the endogenous GA3, IAA, ZT and ABA in floret morphogenesis of 13 genotypes in relation to fertile floret number have been studied. The fertile floret number is regulated by GA3, IAA, ZT and ABA. Before the top spikelet formation, fertile floret number is inderectly regulated by hormones. But fertile floret number is directly regulated by hormones after the top spikelet formation. The regulation of the value among hormones, especially the value of ZT/IAA and ZT/ABA, is greater than that of their content. The influece of phytohormone on proximal floret is higher than that on distal floret.
