生态因子对苹果着红色的生态生理效应

摘要: 概述了主要生态因子对苹果着红色的生态生理效应的重要研究进展。侧重介绍了光、温度、水、地形、土壤、人为等生态因子对苹果着红色的生态反应、生理效应和调控机制;归纳了花青苷生物合成途径和生态因子对苹果着红色机制的图示;提出了研究重点和方向。

关键词: 苹果, 花青苷, 果实色泽, 生态因子, 生态生理效应

Abstract: Based on extensive review of world literature and our research, it's concluded that light, temperature, water, soil, topography and mankind-activities all influenced on the colored formation in apple fruit. Each of eco-factors had its eco-response. physiologic effect and controlling mechanism. We figured out Pathway Of Anthocyanin Biosynthesis and Mechnism Of Eco-factors Controlling Colored Formation in apple fruit. At last, we pointed destinations and main contents to the work.
