小麦节型雄性不育材料研究初报

摘要: 从具节节麦胞质的日本异质小麦"タゥネユムキ"与四川小麦品种的杂交后代中,获得了雄性全不育株。研究表明,其雄不育特性受一个显性雄不育基因和一对(或一个)部分显性雄不育基因控制。少数小麦品种能恢复其育性,但不育性还不能完全保持。

Abstract: The D-type wheat male sterile plants were obtained from progeny of Japanese alloplasmic wheat variety(with Aegilops tauschii cytoplasm) X Sichuan wheat varieties. The obtained results indicated that the male sterility is controlled by interaction of one dominant male sterile gene and one pair(or a single) partially dominant male sterile genes(gene). A few common wheat varieties can restore the male fertility and the male sterility has not been wholly maintained as yet.
