六个多花黑麦草品种的同工酶分析

摘要: 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对六个多花黑麦草品种分蘖期幼苗进行了酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶检测,根据酶谱的形态特征和相似性指标进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明,六个多花黑麦草品种过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱很相似,说明各品种在该基因位点有相同或相似的遗传基础。但是,在酯酶同工酶酶谱中表现出较大的差异,说明六个品种之间存在一定程度的混杂或变异,有必要进行提纯复壮和杂交改良。

Abstract: The esterase isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of six L. multiflorum Lam. Cultivars has been studied by means of polyarcylamide electrophoresis. Characteristic and similarities of isozyem patterns were analysed. The results showed that the peroxidase isozyme is similar. It means that the genetical base is similar at peroxidase isozyme location among them. But esterase isozyem is more different, It showed that there are some mixing or variation among these materials. It is necessary to take mass selection and cross breeding to improve them.
