特克多用于四种柑桔品种贮藏的对比试验研究

STUDY ON STORING FOUR VARIETIES OF CITRUS WITH THIABENDAZOLE

摘要: 采用八种不同药剂处理四种不同的柑桔品种,以0.05%TBZ作对照的比较试验结果表明:TBZ可用于宽皮柑桔类、甜橙类的贮藏保鲜。脐橙、锦橙、温州蜜桔贮藏90-100天,好果率分别为92.75%、92.62%、92.0%。多菌灵也可用于以上品种的贮藏,与TBZ相比,相同贮藏期的总腐烂率差异不显著。对精橙杂交新品种黄果柑而言用特克多贮藏120天腐烂率为11.23%,而多菌灵处理腐烂率为6.87%,两者呈放显著性差异。TBZ处理黄果柑以贮期90天为好。各品种出库后营养物质损失少、水分多,果实饱满,甜酸适度,品质好。

Abstract: Four varieties of citrus were stored with eight chemicals camparing with 0.05% TBZ. The results showed that TBZ could be used as storing and protect-ing fresh fruits for mandarin and sweet orange navel and Jincheng(Citrus sinensis) and Satsuma oranges all could be stored 90-110days The good fruit ratios of them were 92.7%, 96.62%, 92.00%, respectively Carbendazim could be used as storing these varieties too. Its ratio of same storing time was not signific-ant difference camParing, with TBZ Carbendazim, as better than TBZ as their stro-ing Hangguogan. The rot ratios of TBZ and Carbendazim as storing 120 days were 11.23% and 6.87%, respectively, with significant difference. The storing suitable time of HANGGUOGAN, with TBZ was 90 days. After storing fruits of each varity the quality was good such as nutrition and content of water were losing less, full fruits and appropriate sugar and acid ratio.
