酿酒葡萄的成熟特性与气象因素

摘要: 葡萄成熟期高温多湿、日照时数较短,气温日较差小是丹凤地区典型的气候特征。在该地区,葡萄成熟过程中。含糖量呈"S"型变化,、拟合于Logistic曲线,含酸量变化拟合指数曲线。生长期降水量的不同是造成丹凤地区年份间葡萄成熟度差异的主要原因。以水热系数为变量的回归方程能较好地预测不同熟性品种的成熟度。可以作为该区及类似生态区酿酒葡萄品种区域化的指标。

Abstract: There were agricultural climatic characteristic of high mean temperature, heavy rainfall, low sunshine and less temperature difference among day and night during winegrape ripening in Danfeng area. Sugar content was in accordance with "S" curve, while acidity showed with logistical curve. The difference of precipitation in growing period was main reason that caused difference of grape maturity among different years in this area. Liner regression of maturity on heat-coefficient could predict the maturity of different cultivars. Heat-coefficient was better index of variety-zoning in these regions and similar areas.
