小麦抗穗发芽的鉴定及其灌浆过程中胚、种皮和颖壳三因素与籽粒发芽率的关系

摘要: 通过对7个小麦品种开花后不同天数的整穗发芽率、脱粒种子发芽率和切胚发芽率的测定,结果表明:不同品种间稳发芽抗性的差异主要是生理性抑制程度的不同,并且在开花20天之前,这种生理性抑制主要存在于颖壳内。由此认为可以在早期通过植物体的其他生理生化测定来判断不同品种的穗发芽抗性。同时筛选出一份抗穗发芽的白位改良品种。

Abstract: Germination percentages of preharvest intact spikes, threshed seeds and embryos in 7 varieties of wheat, ere tested on 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th and 40th days after blooning, respectively. The results are described as follows:the difference of sprouting resistance originates their disparity of physiolo-gical inhibition, and which exists mainly in glume before blooming 20 days. Thus-the difference of sprouting resistance in varieties can be decided during early stage by ways of other physiological or biochemical analysis. Meanwhile, one white grained improved variety, ith sprouting resistance, as sceened out.
