生菜无土栽培营养液配方的优选

摘要: 本试验以生菜(Lactuca Sativa Var Longifolia)为材料。采用正交设计。对基础配方的大量元素四种盐(硝酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁、硝酸钾)的浓度进行了改进,获得优良配方A-I(见表5)。该配方比产量最高的斯泰勒配方提高干重产量36.3%,提高温重产量77.6%。并发现硝酸钙和硝酸钾是影响生菜产量的主要因素,配方中含有高比例的氮素、钙和钾素有利于生菜的生长发育。高水平的钾和硝态氮有利于生菜提高产量,而镁的作用不大,氨态氮不利于生菜的产量提高。

Abstract: The election test of lactuce(Lactuca Sativa Var Longifolia)prescriptions in soilless culture is designed with orthogonal design, the four factors of orthogonal test include Ca(NO3)2, KH2PO4, MgSO4 and KNO3, the concen-tration of these factors inthe original A-prescription are improved. The research results as follow:One superior prescription named A-I(table5) has been elected from all kind of test prescriptions. The yield of A-I prescription compare with the fomous "Stainer" prescriptions, it can increase dry weigth 36.6% and fresh weight 77.6%. The authors aslo discusse the nutrition taits of latuce in soilless culture.
