中国水牛血清淀粉酶多态性及型命名研究

STUDY ON SERUM AMYLASE POLYMORPHISM AND GENETYPES NAMED OF THE BUFFALOES IN CHINA

摘要: 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳首次对我国12个水牛地方品种共1014头淀粉酶多态性进行检测。其结果是:①首次发现了水牛淀粉酶Ⅱ多态性并对其多态型进行命名;②我国水牛AmyI受AmyIA、AmyIB、AmyIC三个等位基因控制。AmyⅡ受AmyⅡA、AmyⅡB、AmyⅡC三个等位基因控制,并分别计算了各等位基因的频率,③AmyI位点各基因频率聚类分析表明,中国水牛各地方品种间的遗传距离小,而丘陵和平原类牛群与高原类牛群间的遗传距离相对两类的内部各地方品种间的遗传距离较大。

Abstract: 1014 blood samples from 12 buffalo groups in china were used to measure amylase polymorphism with starch gel electrophoresis. The polymorphism of amylase I and amylase Ⅱ were identified in swamp buffaloes of china. Genetypes of amylase Ⅱ was firstly named. Amylase I and amylase Ⅱ gene frequencies were calculated respectively. The results of cluster analysis indicated that buffaloes groups distance was slight in china.
