温度和湿度同梨木虱生长发育和繁殖的关系

THE DEVELOPMENT AND REPRODUCTION OF PEAR LEAF PSYLLA PSYLLA PYRISUGA FORSTER IN RELATION TO TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY

摘要: 以砂梨(Pyrus pyriforis Nakai)叶作饲料,研究了20、22.5、25、30℃四种温度和在25℃条件下,60%、70%、80%、90%四种相对湿度对梨木虱Psylla pyrisugaForster生长发育和繁殖的影响,结果表明梨木虱卵期、若虫期和全世代生长发育最适温度分别为20-22.5℃,22.5,25℃和22.5-25℃,雌成虫繁殖最适温为25℃。生长发育和繁殖最适相对湿度为70-80%。

Abstract: Pear leaf psylla psylla pyrisuga Forster were fed on Pyrus pyriforis Nakai leaves at 20-30℃ and at 60-90% of relative humidity with 25℃. The results showed that the optimum temperature for the development of the eggs,nymphs and the whole generation was shown to range from 20.0-22.5℃, 22.5-25℃, and 22.5-25℃, respectively. The optimum temperature for the reproduction of the female adults was 25℃. The optimum humidity for the development and reproduction of the pest was 70-80% of relative humidity.
