摘要: 用玉米综合种"G-1"与一墨西哥一年生大刍草进行种间杂交,后代采用连续自交、1-3代回交结合自交的选育方法,进行选系。对不同选育方法的育种效果作了分析。结果表明,无论采用连续自交或不同次数回交后自交选系,都能获得较好的选系。但回交比自交具有较快的稳定速度。在回交选育方法中,不同回交次数从总体而言无明显差异,但不同回交亲本对后代选系的影响是显著的;而且,不同回交亲本显示具有不尽相同的适宜回交次数。

Abstract: An interspecific hybridization was made between a maize (Zea mays L.) synthetic "G-1" and a mexican anual teosinte (Z. mexicana Schard). The offspring was treated with the following different breeding systems:continious selfing, 1-3 generations of backcrossing followed by selfing. In backcrossing systems, common elite inbred lines were used as the recurrent parents. The stable lines were obtained from each system. The results showed that backcrossing strongly promoted the progress in stablization of lines;but all systems, selfing or different times of backcrossing, seemed effective in developing elite lines. In backcrossing systems, recurrent parents showed strong influence on the combining ability of their derivative lines. Optimum backcrossing times did not show for all recurrent parents as a whole, but specific recurrent parents showed different optimum backcrossing times.
