几个常用玉米自交系株型性状的遗传及其在株型育种中的利用

摘要: 以15个省内外常用玉米自交系为材料,按P(P-1)/2双列杂交进行试验,研究了株型性状和产量的遗传表现。结果表明,各性状一般配合力(GCA)在亲本间存在显著差异。矮广10、MO17、5005对所测株型性状的配合力效应为负值,能显著改善株型;获白、32、3H-2、84、多黄22能改进部分株型性状。产量与单株叶数的一般配合力间呈显著正相关,株型性状的遗传多受基因加性作用支配。

Abstract: The experiment was carried out with a set of diallel crosses of 15 corn inbred lines often used in breeding in 1991. The results showed that there were significant differences among general combining ability (GCA) estimtes of parents. The inbred lines, Aiguand-10, Mo17 and 5005 can significantly improve the plant characters observed. Huobai, 32, 3H-2, 84 and Duohuang-22 can improve partial plant characters. GCA effect on yield was positively correlated with GCA effects on number of leaves per plant. Additive gene action made a greater contribution to the inheritance of plant characters.
