摘要: 采用NC-Ⅱ设计,研究了表现较好的23个玉米自交系的产量构成性状。结果所测性状的一般配合力(GCA)在亲本间存在显著差异,自交系Lu1、84、Lu2和330的多数产量构成性状的GCA对提高产量是有利的。遗传参数表明,多数亲本间遗传差异大,可作为改良自交系和选育二环系的基础材料。单株粒重和小区产量的GCA与穗长、行粒致、千粒重,出籽率的GCA正相关显著或极显著。

Abstract: Using NC-Ⅱ design, elite 23 maize inbreds were studied in yield components in 1992. The results indicated that there were singificant differences among general combining ability (GCA) estimates of parents. of lines Lul, 84, Lu2 and 330, most of GCA yield components can be useful to improve plot yield. Genertic parameters showed ahat there were differences among genetic backgrounds of parents. Some of those parents can be used as basic materials for improving inbreds and selecting new inbreds. GCA effects on the kernel weight per plant and the plot yield were positively correiated with GCA effects on ear length, kernei per row, 1000 kernel weight and shelling percentage.
