豌豆地方品种六个农艺性状的通径分析

摘要: 本试验对28个豌豆(Pisum Sativum Lin.)地方品种单株荚数(x1)、单株粒数(x2)、百粒重(x3)、株高(x4)、第一荚结位(x5)和单株籽粒产量(y)进行了通径分u。结果表明:单株粒数和单株荚数对单株产量的贡献很大,其中,表型的直接效应,单株粒数最高;遗传的直接效应,单株英数最高,且单株粒数和单株英数相互依存。百粒重对单株产量的贡献较次。株高和第一荚结位更次。这启示人们,在豌豆育种和栽培中,以选择单株荚数、单株粒数为主,适当兼顾百粒重及其它,对取得高产是很重要的。

Abstract: Correlation and path coefficients were computed for the number of pods per plant (X1), the number of seeds per plant (X2), the weight of 100 seeds (X3), the plant height (X4), the node of the first pods (X5) and the grain yield per plant (Y) in 28 local varieties of pea. Correlation analysis indicated that grain yield per plant had significant positive correlativity with (X1) and X2, X5 and X4. Path analysis revealed that X1 and X2 contributed to grain yield, in which direct genetic effects was the highest for X1, direct phenotypic effects was the highest for X2, and both of these traits were correlative to each other. The weight of seeds ranked second and the plant height and node of the first pods ranked third, in their contribution to grain yield, the results showed that, to get higher yield, the number of pods per plant and the number of seeds were important to the breeding and cultivation. Besides, some attention should be paid to the weight of 100 seeds and other factors as well.
