四环素·红霉素及洁霉素在水牛体内的代谢动力学

摘要: 四环素为广谱抗生素,在兽医临床上已广泛应用。四环素在奶牛和母羊(1)以及在黄牛(2)体内的药代动力学已进行了研究(3)。红霉素为大环内酯类抗生素,对革兰氏阳性菌有较强的抗菌作用(4)。红霉素在乳牛体内的代谢动力学已进行了研究。洁霉素(林可霉素)的抗菌谱与红霉素相似,但二者有重要的区别,洁霉素对革兰氏阳性菌有较强的抑制作用。林可霉素及氯林可霉素在奶羊血清及乳中浓度的变化已进行了报导(5)

Abstract: Pharmacokinetics of tetracyeline, erythromycin, and lincomycin were studied in healthy adult buffaloes. A single does (tetracycline IV 10mg/kg, erythromycin IV bolus 8mg/kg lincomycin IM 20mg/kg) of drugs was administered, and blood samples were collected at precisely timed intervals. The standard cylinder plate bioassay method in which Bacillus cereus(tetracycline)and Sarcina lutea(erythromycin and lincomyin)were used as test organisms was employxed to determine their antibiotic activity in the serum. The pharmacokinetic models were determined. The values of the main kinetic parameters of tetracycline erythrom ycin, andlincomycin were obtained respctively.
