摘要: 在遗传育种工作中,常常要研究多个数量性状间的关系,从统计学上讲,就是要研究多个相关变量间的关系。通径分析是研究多个相关变量间关系的有力工具。本文扼要阐述通径分析的基本原理,指出进行通径分析的依据与基本步骤,并举例说明之。

Abstract: Fundamental principles and steps of path analysis for the correlated characters are outlined.
Assuming that y and x1,x2……,xm xm have linear relation, the regression eguation an be written as follows:
y=b0+b1x1+b2x2+…+bmxm.
The steps of path analysis for y and x1、x2、……、xm are given below:
1. Coefficients of correlation rxixi, rxiy are calculated, (i,j=1,2,…,m;i< j)
2. Path coefficients Py·xi are obtained by the following normal equations:
3. Path diagram is charted;
4. Any coefficient of correlation can be considered as an algebraic sum of direct effect and indirect effects of relevant characters under investigation so that the partition of the sum into components is made possible
5. Coefficients of determination are calculated and analysis of determination degree is made.
