小麦品种旗叶和穗下节间的生理特性及其与籽粒充实的关系

PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FLAG LEAF AND ITS INTERNODF, AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH GRAJN FILLING IN WHEAT CULTIVARS

摘要: 不少研究证明小麦开花后的光合作用为籽粒提供绝大部分的干物质,其中旗叶的贡献最大(129)。MohiuddiN等(1980)发现冬小麦旗叶和穗部绿色面积功能期与籽粒产量和粒重为正相关;与每穗粒数为负相关。DhimaN等(1980)也证明旗叶面积同籽粒产量有密切关系。
小麦籽粒的产量与其充实度有关。我省多数地区年度间存在小麦籽粒充实不良、千粒重低的问题。籽粒的充实度除受栽培条件、自然环境的影响外(34),还与品种特性有关(50)。本试验选用籽粒充实度不同的小麦品种,研究旗叶和穗下节间的生理特性及其与籽粒充实度的关系。

Abstract: In this study we determined net photosynthetic rate;chlorophyll,nitrogen and phosphorus content; area of the flag;leaf anddry weight of per unitarea;length,dryweghi tstarch, sucrose and reducing sugar content of the internode below the flag leaf aftcer anthesis in five wheat cultivars with the differences of grain filling.Varietal differences in several characteristies and correlations between characterises were analysed.
It is found that grain is full and bigger in those cultivars whose flag feaf area per unit carries fewer grain,and supplies a lot of dry matter to erery grain,whereas that that grain is wrinkled and smaller in those cultivars whose flag leaf area per unit carries more grain,and supplies Less? ry matter to erery grain,and whose inter node below the flag leaf transfers Less sugar to every grain.It mey be concluded that limiting factors of yeild in different cultivars are quite different.
